Animals
In the grasslands there are many animals. It is so wide spread that their is a very broad range of the animals. The list of animals in the grasslands includes: buffalo, coyotes, fish, whitetail deer, mice as well as many other rodents, birds, rabbits, prairie dogs, antelope, and cattle.

In the grasslands the vegetation isn't quite as broad as the animal life. The habitat doesn't recieve enough water for tall trees to grow. Also the wind is too strong for the tall trees. As a result most of the vegation is low to the ground. These plants include: tall grasses, wheat, many flowers, corn, hay, and a lot of spore bearing plants.

Destruction and Interaction
Grasslands are somewhat important to humans as far as
research goes. There are so many different animals in grasslands.
Animals range from buffalos to coyotes. Humans can do so much research
on a lot of different kinds of animals.
